This is a timed event for one rider, the fastest time wins. The rider starts behind the start line, starting the clock when he crosses it. The rider carries a flag to the first bucket which he must place in the bucket. He rides to the second bucket from which he picks up a flag and carries it back across the finish line, stopping the clock.

Disqualification
A rider is disqualified for 1) failing to place the flag in the first bucket, or 2) failing to pickup the flag from the second bucket, or 3) dropping either flag before completing the ride.  Knocking over a barrel or bucket is neither a penalty or disqualification unless a flag hits the ground.
